HOW LONG ARE THE LIGHTS?

Each string of lights is approx. 2m long and is powered by 2 x AA batteries. Each string will have up to 10 x shapes on them (spaced out for maximum effect)

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

As each set of lights is put together by hand there may be some delays in getting your order to you. We will always inform you if there are any major delays but usually orders are delivered within 2 weeks.

FOR CHRISTMAS PREORDERS: Delivery will be prior to 18th December.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept payment by most major credit cards and through Paypal.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another of the same value (postage charges may be added to replacement).
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it in and any return postage is at buyers expense.
