If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another of the same value (postage charges may be added to replacement).

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it in and any return postage is at buyers expense.

All orders are processed on a first come first serve basis, at busy times there may be a delay in delivery, however, we will always update you. Should you need something urgently please order and then contact us - we will endeavour to help if we can.
